Leadership Team:
- Barbara Rachelson, Executive Director
Barbara Rachelson joined Lund in 1997. She came to Lund with a Masters degree in social work from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in sociology from Brandeis University. With over 25 years of experience working in management positions, including 10 years as the Executive Director of the Michigan Network of Runaway, Homeless and Youth Services and 3 years as the director of outpatient services at the Counseling Service of Addison County, as Lund's Executive Director Barbara oversees all programmatic and funding aspects of the entire agency, works closely with the Board of Trustees, and is a strong advocate for Lund’s services to the State. Barbara lives in Burlington, VT with her family.
- Bob Robinson, Director of Finance and Operations
Bob Robinson started at Lund in 2007. He came to Lund with a B.S. in Outdoor Education / Recreation and certification in Secondary Science Education from Lyndon State College. Prior to joining Lund, he served as the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington for 12 years and 6 years as a Teacher at the Laraway School in Johnson, VT. As the Director of Finance and Operations, Bob oversees the financial and business infrastructure of the organization as well as maintaining the facilities. He lives in Underhill, VT with his family.
- Wanda Audette, Director of Adoption Services
Wanda Audette began working at Lund in 1995. Wanda came to Lund with an Associate’s degree in Social Work and with 14 years of experience working as the Assistant Director for Residential Services at the Baird Center for Children and Families in Burlington, VT. As the Director of Adoption Services, Wanda oversees all programmatic and funding aspects of her department, as well as providing direct service to children and families throughout the State. Wanda lives in South Burlington, VT with her family.
- Kimberly-Ann Coe, Director of Residential and Community Treatment
Kimberly-Ann Coe began employment at Lund Family Center in 1996. Kimberly came to Lund with a BSW and 7 years of experience working at Social and Rehabilitation Services in Burlington, VT. As the Director of Residential and Community Treatment, Kimberly oversees all programmatic and funding aspects of her department, as well as providing direct service to children and families. Kimberly lives in Essex, VT with her family.
- Jen Wool, Chief Development Officer
Jen Wool joined Lund Family Center in 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a Master's degree in Administration and Management from Saint Michael's College. She served as an Account Supervisor for a VA based marketing agency where she represented clients including St. Jude Children's Hospital, United Nations Association and American Library Association. For three years, Jen served as Marketing Director for Programs at the 30,000 member American College of Cardiology in Washington, DC. Most recently, she directed development for Vineyard House on Martha's Vineyard. Wool manages fundraising, marketing and public relations for Lund.
