Find Your Inner Fun-raiser!
Many organizations offer events and activities throughout the year with proceeds benefiting Lund Family Center.
You can participate in an activity that you and your family enjoy, while supporting a good cause — helping children and families thrive!
Create your own fundraiser. On such example is “Jamie’s Jewels.” Jamie, a talented 11 year-old jewelry maker, held a party where her mom and some friends invited over 60 people to an evening event. Jamie’s Jewels sold necklaces, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Lund. The mood was light and festive; the talk about Lund, brief. Jamie was able to donate $500 from her proceeds to Lund Family Center.
Some Fun We've Seen so far in our Name:
- Green Mountain Decorative Painters have made over 100 Christmas ornaments to sell at the Northfield Savings Bank Burlington Branch Office to benefit Lund.
- The Vermont State Women's Golf Association "Dressed Jeanne Morrissey for Charity" - raising over $1500!
- Holly Wilkinson-Ray donated the proceeds from a “Soul Collage” class she held this spring.
- UPS Employees participated in a Golf Tournament and took on the challenge to not only come and play, but get personal sponsors, held bottle drives, and more!
If you are passionate about Lund, you have a story to tell. There is no more powerful form of communication when it comes to moving people to action. A personal fundraiser is authentic and powerful people listen to their friends. You are working as a volunteer and ambassador for Lund!
