Lund Family Center is proud of our community leaders who serve on the Board of Trustees. This group of dedicated volunteers works side-by-side with Lund leadership and staff, aiding with long-term strategic planning activities, ensuring a continuity of mission, values and direction.

| Jeffery Small President |
Jeffery Small is a CPA in Burlington, VT who has served two consecutive terms as Lund Family Center Board of Trustees President as well as two terms as Treasurer for the Board of Trustees. Jeff is very involved in Lund Family Center's finance committee and chairs the Ad Hoc Second Site committee. Jeff lives in Shelburne, VT with his wife, Martha.

As a full-time mother, Lisa has been involved in community service for over 15 years, and is currently involved with the March of Dimes. Lisa joined Lund's Board in 2007 after having been a volunteer at Lund. She currently chairs the Development committee. Lisa and her family live in Shelburne.

| Lynn Brennan Secretary |
Lynn Brennan, of Colchester, is currently a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and chairs Lund's Human Resources and Governance committees. Her expertise includes service as HR Manager for Applied Materials. Brennan coordinated a variety of community activities for employees in a number of Applied Materials’ field offices which included working with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics; as well as participating in local food drives and adopting families.

Matthew Carter returned to the Lund Family Center Board of Trustees in 2010. His background, with more than twenty years’ banking and business experience, provides a solid skill set helping to deal with Lund's operational and financial matters. Matthew has also worked several years in private law practice and as in-house counsel.

| Eileen Simollardes |
Eileen Simollardes is serving her second term as Lund Family Center Board of Trustees President. Eileen is Vice President of Supply and Regulatory Affairs at Vermont Gas Systems in South Burlington, VT. She has been on the Lund Board for several years, serving as President, Vice President and Secretary. Eileen lives in Milton, VT with her family.

| Barb Lande Bronfman |
Barbara Lande Bronfman lives in South Burlington with her husband, Stuart. She is an active volunteer on the Board of the Flynn Theatre, Advisory Board of Vermont National County Club, and the Counseling Service of Addison County. Her desire to make the world a better place for women and children led her to Lund’s Board of Trustees. She enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing tennis.

| Thomas J. Donovan | Thomas J. Donovan, (TJ) Jr. was elected Chittenden County State’s Attorney in November 2006. Prior to being elected, he was an associate with the Burlington law firm of Jarvis & Kaplan. TJ also served as a Deputy State’s Attorney in Chittenden County and as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. He joined the Board in spring 2008 and is a Burlington native.

| Tim Halvorson | Tim Halvorson is well known as the owner of Halvorson’s Upstreet Café and Church Street Wine Cellars, an active member of the Burlington business community and someone who constantly creates opportunity and finds ways to help others. Mr. Halvorson currently serves on the Vermont Downtown Development Board. His prior Board service includes terms with: the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS), with a term as President; the Burlington Business Association with term as President; Church Street Marketplace Commission with a term as Chair; and, Burlington Discover Jazz Festival. Mr. Halvorson brings deep compassion for the clients Lund serves, incredible business acumen and strong fundraising and nonprofit management experience. Mr. Halvorson lives in Charlotte with his wife Kristin and their three teen-aged children. |
| Katie Halsey | Halsey is a certified personal trainer for women of all ages. Her goal is “to help women to believe in themselves and love themselves for who they are.” She has extensive experience serving community organizations in the Norwich Vermont area where she lived for 14 years prior to her move back to the Champlain Valley in June of 2008. Her volunteer service has included four years of board leadership for the Norwich Parks and Recreation Council and six years as Board member, registrar and scheduler for the Hanover Hockey Association. Halsey’s commitment to Lund begins with her belief in the Lund mission to help children thrive and the power of individuals to make change when given the necessary tools. Katie lives in Shelburne Vermont with her husband David and children Kirsten and Stephen.

| Andy Barker | Andy Barker grew up in Glens Falls, NY and now resides in Morrisville, VT. He is currently the owner/operator of the Stellar Restaurant Group, DBA Boloco on Church St. in downtown Burlington. Barker joined the Lund Board of Trustees in the Summer of 2011 after continuous support of Lund in years previous. Barker received his BA in Food and Beverage Management from the New England Culinary Institute and is a member of the National Restaurant Association. He enjoys skiing, sailing, mountain biking, food, wine and travel. Mr. Barker joined the Board because he enjoys the incredible people that Lund attracts as staff and volunteers and he wanted to be involved in something bigger than himself while supporting his passion to help others grow.

| Jeanne B. Kennedy | Jeanne B. Kennedy is the owner/operator of JB Kennedy Associates, a firm that provides comprehensive government relations and lobbying services to corporations and associations. Kennedy began her professional career in the Burlington area working as a dental hygienist; she then served in the Vermont House of Representatives prior to opening her business. She lives in South Burlington and has served on the Lund Family Center Board since 1990.

| Dawn LeBaron | Dawn LeBaron is Vice President of Hospital Services for Fletcher Allen Health Care. A black belt in Karate, LeBaron was an adoptee from Lund in the 1950s. Her experiences, both personal and professional, bring a special perspective to the Board. She chaired Lund's relocation Committee and is currently the chair of the Buildings and Grounds Committee.

| Aimee Marti | Aimee Marti has volunteered at Lund since the summer of 2009 and made incredible contributions to Lund’s 120th Anniversary planning efforts and the organization’s fundraising activities. Marti brings to Lund her professional experience as a Sales Representative and later a Regional Marketing Manager for 12 years with IDX Systems Corporation (now GE Healthcare) and her personal experience as a mother of two school aged children.

| William Mason | William "Chip" Mason is an attorney at Gravel and Shea Law Office in Burlington, VT and recently completed his second consecutive term as Lund Family Center Board of Trustees Secretary. Chip offers his expertise to both the Board Audit Committee and the Board Legislative Committee. William lives in Burlington, VT with his wife and two daughters..

| Sherry Prehoda | Sherry Prehoda is currently serving as the Treasurer for the Lund Family Center Board of Trustees. Sherry is a member of the Women's Business Owners Network (WBON), the Burlington Rotary Club, and the Burlington Business Association. She brings plenty of prior experience in board functions and finance for non-profits. She is a CPA with the firm JMM & Associates. She and her husband live in South Burlington.

| Thomas D. Rugg | Thomas Rugg is an Account Executive with Hickok
and Boardman Group Benefits. Prior to joining Hickok and
Boardman in 2001, Tom spent several years in the Washington, DC office of Senator Jim Jeffords. He also worked as a lobbyist for one of the nation’s largest agricultural associations. Tom served as the Chair of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce Health Care Committee from 2004 to 2006. He lives in Shelburne with his wife and children.

| Nikki Fuller | Nikki Fuller of Williston VT is an attorney for the City of Burlington. Fuller is a dedicated public servant who has worked and volunteered in the public sector for the past twenty years. She was a Chittenden County Public Defender for six years and has served as a trustee on the Vermont Legal Aid Board. Fuller served as a member of the Vermont Supreme Court's Equal Access to Justice Committee and was also a Chittenden County Family Court Guardian Ad Litem and a member of the Anti-Bias taskforce. Fuller is the proud mother of two daughters. She brings a great understanding and compassion for the challenges Lund’s young women, children and families face.

| Tamara Strauss | Tamara Strauss was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and is now a resident of Burlington, VT. An attorney at Dealer Dot Com, Inc., Strauss became a member of Lund's Board of Trustees in the Summer of 2011. As a member of the United Way Nurtures and Care Impact Team, Strauss had the opportunity to see the work Lund was doing before she joined our cause. She was particularly inspired by the home visiting program and Lund's ability to connect families with our services. Strauss has also been a member of Bright Pink of Vermont since 2010. Strauss received her undergraduate degree in Politics from Ithaca College and went on to SUNY Buffalo to earn a Law degree. She enjoys running, yoga and watching movies.

| Sara Byers | Sara Byers of Essex Junction is Vice President of Leonardo’s Pizza where she oversees the operations, marketing and financials of her family’s business. Byers is a member of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a Leadership Champlain graduate, a 2009-2010 United Way Health Impact Team Member and a member of both the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Owner’s Network. In her work at Leonardo’s Pizza, Byers partners with Women Helping Battered Women and in 2009 she accepted the 2009 WHBW Community Spirit Award on behalf of Leonardo’s. Byers has volunteered at Lund since the summer of 2009 and has made incredible contributions to Lund’s 120th Anniversary planning efforts and the organization’s social marketing activities.

| Michele Ready Ambrosino | Michele Ready Ambrosino of South Burlington VT is Owner and Funeral Director of Ready Funeral Service, Inc. Ambrosino served on the March of Dimes Board of Directors for the past six years. During that time, she was active on the Program Services Committee and the Special Events Committee. She chaired the Signature Chef’s event for the past four years. Ambrosino brings to the Board of Trustees strong organizational, fundraising and finance skills as well as a passion for families, women and children.

| Paulette Thabault | She was previously the commissioner at BICHCA and the former Deputy Commissioner for the Health Care Administration, a lawyer, nurse practitioner, and owner of a fitness business, Paulette brings an extensive amount of knowledge to her work on the board. Paulette chairs Lund's Strategic Planning committee and serves on the Finance committee. She joined the Board in 2007. Paulette and her family live in South Burlington.

| Allyson Miller Bolduc, M.D. | Allyson Bolduc, M.D. has been volunteering at Lund since 1984. Born in Rochester, NY, Allyson grew up in Abadan, Iran, and says she loves living in Vermont for the, “quality of life.” A physician at Fletcher Allen Health Care and an Associate Professor at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Allyson says she joined the Board because she believes in Lund’s mission to help young women and children, and wanted to support the committed staff and Board Members. She is the President of Vermont Academy of Family Physicians and a Member of the Vermont Medical Society. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening and playing tennis. She is also a member of the National Senior Women’s Tennis Association.
